Nepal - Trekking to Everest Base Camp

The trekking to the Everest Base Camp is one the most unusual and attractive itineraries in the world.
Thousands of tourists come to Nepal pursuing the aim to see the highest and the most beautiful mountains in the world: Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Nablam.

Some braves are eager to test their will in climbing some mountains.

As for the Everest Base Camp, it is approachable to every man. Due to the right acclimatization program every participant is able to be on the trek 5000 m above the sea.

Plan of an expedition

Day 1. Arrival and packing
The group arrives in Kathmandu, Nepal. Our guide meets you at the airport. The day of rest, packing. you can leave unnecessary clothes in hotel.

Day 2. Pakding village
An early departure from Kathmandu to Luklu by a small propellor aircraft. And 5-hours of trekking to Pakding village, where we will have a night.

Day 3. Namchebazar town
Pakding village — Namchebazar. 5−7 hours of trekking among picturesque himalayan deodars leads us to the legendary town of sherpas at the attitude 3400.

Day 4. The sherpa museum
The day of rest. Today we stay at Namchebazar, as our organism needs to get used to the altitude. You can visit the sherpa museum to get acquainted with their culture.

Day 5. Deboche village
4−6 hours of trekking from Namchebazar to Deboche village (3800). You can take photos at buddhist monasteries.

Day 6. The mount Ama-Dablam
We reach Dingboche (4358). We face super stunning mountains presenting truly amazing views. There is a view of the top of Ama-Dablam.

Day 7. Lobuche village
4−6 hours of trekking from Dingboche to Lobuche (4900). There is a fascinating view of the mount Pumo Ri, which was called the most beautiful by Reinhold Messner.

Day 8. The top of Kala-Patar
It is going to be a short trekking to Gorakh Shep (5100), where we leave our rucksacks. We reach the top of Kala-Patar where we admire the breathtaking view of Everest, Lhotse, Pumo ri. We return to the hotel in the evening.

Day 9. Everest Base Camp
Early in the morning we leave for Everest Base Camp to the life of real alpinists and to touch Khumbu glacier with your own hands. After then we leave Everest BC for Gorakh Shep, pick up our rucksacks and reach Lobuche village.

Day 10. Kongma La pass
Lobuche village— Kongma La pass—Chukhung. It is going to be difficult climbing to Kongma La pass, where we admire stunning view of the Imigha Kola river and mountain chains.

Day 11. Head for home
Chukhung — Pangboche. We start dropping the altitude.

Day 12. Namchebazar
Pangboche —Namchebazar. Today we reach Namchebazar.

Day 13. The last day of trekking
Namchebazar — Kukla. It is the last day of trekking. It is going to be a festal dinner. Our trekking is over.

Day 14. Shopping/ souvenirs
Today we can buy souvenirs in Kuklu.

Day 15. Leaving Kathmandu

15th day we leave Luklu for Kathmandu. 16th day we leave Kathmandu.
